After submitting your order online, you will receive an email confirmation.

Orders are typically filled and ready for pick-up within Three (3) business days of receipt. If an item becomes unavailable when filling order, a Customer Service Representative will contact you to advise of the unavailability and provide an alternative.

Orders can place via webstore 24/7, however, in-store collection times are Monday-Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pm and Saturday 8:30am to 1:00pm 

Campbell’s Business Machines and Supplies Ltd. (CBMS Ltd.) and Brandsmark webstore does not offer on-line order cancellation. To cancel an order, please contact our order department at (767) 448 2618 or (767) 275 3095 within one (1) business day of placing your order.

Return of items which have been opened and found with manufacturing defects shall be accepted within 5 days of the date the item was purchased. 

• Exchanges shall be made within 14 days of the date of purchase of items.
• Exchanges shall only be for items of equal or lesser value.
• Original receipt of the transaction must always be presented with items being returned or exchanged.
• Items being returned/exchanged must be intact, unopened in its original packaging and with original tags.
• Refunds for items will be given for unopened items returned within 24 hours after pick-up. Debit/Credit card transactions may incur a fee from your banking institution.
• No returns or exchanges on special order items.
